The Confort 900 is an ideal houseboat for two couples. It has two cabins separated by a lounge in the middle, ensuring the greatest possible intimacy. Each of the two cabins has plenty of space (headroom about two meters) and its own wet room.
The houseboats are maintained throughout the season and drained once in the winter to fully and thoroughly inspect the deck and hull and perform an antifouling.
Spares:
As a designer and lessor in our shipyard, Nicols has a warehouse where spare parts and other accessories are available. We are always at your disposal for advice and services.
Annual budget for maintenance?
The construction of the Nicols houseboats with polyester hull requires a very low maintenance budget. Their simple, practical and pragmatic construction, originally intended for rental, also contributes to these low maintenance costs.
